Tassel Top Beach – Raymond

Address: 85 Plains Road, Raymond
Body of Water: Sebago Lake
Admission: Raymond Residents $2/child, $5/adult. Non Residents: $4/child, $7/adult.

Tassel Top Beach is one of the most popular family beaches on Sebago Lake. Visitors will find a large sandy beach, shallow swimming area, playground, picnic tables, walking trails, and seasonal snack bar. The gradual shoreline makes it especially appealing for younger children, while the surrounding pine forest helps create a classic Maine summer atmosphere.

The beach operates as a day-use facility with admission fees during the summer season.


Sebago Lake State Park – Casco & Naples

Address: 11 Park Access Road, Casco
Body of Water: Sebago Lake
Admission: Children: $1. Adult Maine Resident : $6. Adult Non-Resident: $8

Sebago Lake State Park offers one of the largest public beach experiences in the region. Families can enjoy a long sandy beach, extensive picnic areas, nature trails, campground access, and beautiful views across Sebago Lake.

Because the park offers so much more than swimming, it’s a great choice for families looking to spend an entire day outdoors. Admission fees are charged for day visitors during the park’s operating season.


Nason’s Beach – Sebago

Admission: $15 per vehicle

Located on the western shore of Sebago Lake, Nason’s Beach offers a traditional family beach experience with a sandy shoreline, swimming area, picnic space, and seasonal food options nearby.

Many local families appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful lake views. Day-use admission is available throughout the summer season.


Range Pond State Park Beach – Poland

Address: 26 State Park Road, Poland
Body of Water: Range Pond
Admission: Children: $1. Adult Maine Resident : $6. Adult Non-Resident: $8

Range Pond State Park features a large sandy beach, clear swimming water, picnic facilities, and open grassy areas perfect for games and relaxing. The gradual water entry makes it a favorite destination for families with younger children.

Like Maine’s other state parks, day-use visitors pay an admission fee to access the beach and park facilities.


Dundee Park Beach – Windham

Address: 79 Presumpscot Road, Windham
Body of Water: Presumpscot River
Admission: Windham Residents $3/child, $5/adult. Non Residents: $4/child, $6/adult.

Dundee Park combines swimming, boating, fishing, and recreation in one convenient location. The sandy beach area offers a place to cool off while the park’s playground, picnic spaces, and walking paths provide additional activities for families.

Admission fees help support park operations and maintenance throughout the summer season.
