Updated October 2026

Bring your sneakers, grab a basketball, and give the kids room to move! When colder weather limits outdoor play, open gym basketball offers a simple way to shoot hoops, practice skills, and spend time with friends without committing to a full team schedule.

This guide to open gym basketball near Sebago Lake brings together local opportunities, organized by day so you can find a session that fits your family’s schedule.

I’ll keep adding opportunities as I find them, so check back throughout the season. Have an open gym to share? Submit it here.
